Modular, Mobile Furniture System

One steel frame with heavy-duty casters holds two interchangeable components for display and storage. The components, built of American poplar, are lightweight; use them in different combinations. Mix and match. The casters on the steel frame make it easy to move to a different wall or even to a different room. The name WD+STL derives from the abbreviations for WOOD and STEEL that architects use on architectural drawings, reinforcing the system’s origins: designed by an architect, Tom Shiner, FAIA.
